Pre Orders & Deposit?

Pre-orders & Deposits are a fraction of the final amount of the full product that you will pay when the product is back in stock. The Deposit is a non-refundable amount confirming your order and confirming you accept the full price of the product to be paid in full when the product is back in stock.

Buying from outside the UK?

All non-UK Sales are UK Vat/Tax zero-rated products

Taxes and import charges will be applied and billed to the customer on arrival in their country

Your shipping address country – will be taxed at your local rate of imported goods

you total goods price will be shown in your cart when you select your country in the shipping option.

Orders

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS THIS WEBSITE.

BY PURCHASING THIS SURFBOARD AND PARTICIPATING IN THE SPORT OF SURFING, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES AND ACCEPTS ANY AND ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN RISKS OF INJURY OR BOARD BREAKAGE WHILE USING THIS SURFBOARD.

SURFBOARD/SUP RELEASE OF LIABILITY & AUTHORISATION?

Any products including clothing, surfboards, sups & paddles are being purchased as the size, design and construction of the buyer’s choice. Surfboards are subject to wear and tear, fatigue and even breakage under normal use. Buyer assumes entire responsibility for all upkeep and repair. Manufacturer and seller make no expressed or implied warranties. Surfing involves certain inherent risks, hazards and dangers, which can result in serious, even fatal injuries. A surfboard’s sharp edges and pointed nose can cause cuts and/or puncture wounds. If struck by a surfboard, a surfer may be rendered unconscious in the water, which could result in drowning. Even under normal conditions, a surfboard may break which can increase the risk of injury. The risks inherent in the sport of surfing can be greatly reduced by wearing protective headgear and never surfing alone.

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS AUTHORISED BY SBSBOARDS. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES/CUSTOMS/TAXES/IMPORT FEES. Buyer has 30 days to return the board after purchase after this 30 day period this returns policy will be void. (Returns must be unused and in the same condition and origonal packaging as on arrival otherwise Returns Policy is void). If problems arise after 30 days, contact SBS boards for information on how to proceed.

Returns of all products are at the expense of customer unless damaged in transit

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE SIGN FOR “UNCHECKED” when the board is delivered, in the event of damage in transit to the board, you are covered

Refunds for any purchase are accepted within the 30 days if unused and unopened, any product used or signes of use will not be refunded if returned,
Unused & Unopened – return postage will be at the customer’s cost, refunds will be to the value of the product purchased. postage is not refundable
