Ordering from our site has never been easier but if you do experience any problems you can always contact us by emailing or calling our customer service team for further help
To order products from sbsboards.com, all you need to do is click on the product you wish to purchase and press the orange “ADD TO CART” button. When you have finished shopping, click on the cart icon at the top right-hand side of the screen and then proceed to the checkout button. If you have used our website before you can enter your email address and password and your details will be recognised. If you are a new customer, simply enter your details for the first time – no need to register. Once you have completed your address details, you will be taken to the payment screen; if you have any special notes/comments/delivery instructions, please include them here in the “ORDER NOTES BOX”.
Confirm your order – check you have ordered the correct size, specification, payment method, billing and delivery address, then click the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.
We accept the following debit/credit cards for payment: Visa and Maestro as well as PayPal.
Payment Via Card?
Insert all your card details on the payment page. If your card uses Verified by Visa, you may need to enter your password to verify the transaction. Once you have completed the transaction you will be returned to the sbsboards.com website. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt number. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us. Once your order has been checked, packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If there are any problems with the payment, give us a call and we can arrange another method (BACs transfer or cheque – we need to allow 7-10 days clearing for cheques before we can ship your product).
Payment Via PayPal?
If you have a PayPal account, insert your username and PayPal password and use your account as you normally would. Once you have completed the transaction you should click the ‘return to merchant’ button which will take you back to the sbsboards.com website. You will receive two confirmation emails with your order number and receipt number. The emails will come from email@example.com. If you do not receive notification please contact us ASAP. Once your order has been checked, packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If there are problems with the payment feel free to give us a call and we can arrange another method of payment (BACs transfer or cheque – we need to allow 7-10 days clearing for cheques before we ship your product).
If you have one of our valid promotional Coupon Codes, enter it into the coupon code box on the payment page and then click the “APPLY COUPON button. Your order will be discounted accordingly. Please be sure to check the expiry date on the coupon as they run for a limited time period. Some coupons are only credited against certain products or categories, so please check the items you have chosen are eligible for the discount. If you have any problems with the promotional coupon, please email or phone our customer service team (details in “CUSTOMER SERVICE- CONTACT US” pages).
Cancel an Order?
If your order has not begun processing, you can contact us directly on 07719700503 (from outside the UK please call +44 7719700503) and we will be able to help with any queries. If our warehouse has started processing the order, we are unable to cancel it and we would advise that you return the item as soon as you receive it.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days to cancel your order with us and receive a full refund. Seven working days starts the day after you place your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the items, which must be in their original condition when we receive them. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

The carriers we use for dispatch are Herms, TNT, Royal Mail all orders will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation and will be shipped within 48 hours (two working days) subject to stock availability.
Because a signature is required for some of our deliveries, we need you to provide us with your contact number (home, work or mobile), so we can contact you with the expected delivery time. You can change the delivery date or get it delivered to a neighbour by contacting us or the courier directly.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.
ALL SURFBOARDS MUST BE UNWRAPPED AND CHECKED FOR DAMAGE BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM.
Sbsboards.com reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Sbsboards.com does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless sbsboards.com is responsible for the error. In the rare event that an order cannot be fulfilled, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
For international orders, the couriers we use are Royal Mail, DPD, TNT and FedEx. Deliveries are made locally by your national postal service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number to let you know it is on the way.

Tax & Import Tax?
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. Sbsboards.com are not liable for these payments. All orders dispatched to Russia, Hong Kong and South Korea will be dispatched via FedEx and will, therefore, go through more vigorous customs checks. Some other large International orders may also be dispatched via FedEx.
If these local import/customs charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item may be returned to SBS or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to SBS.

Returns & Exchanges
In the rare event that an item needs to be returned/refunded please follow the guidelines for our UK/Europe and International returns policy as outlined below.
How Long Do I Have To Return an Item?
You have 14 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item as long as it is unused
What if I need to send something back for exchange or refund?
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged, or the item(s) refunded. (Please note refunds are made back to the original card with which the transaction was made).
All purchases on SBSboards.com are covered by a 14-day exchange or refund guarantee. If you need to swap it please contact our Customer Services Team by phone or email.
(All returns or refund items must be in the same unused condition as when they arrived. If the item has been used the refund or return policy will be void.
What if my item has arrived damaged/faulty?
If you have received an item that is faulty or received incorrectly, please contact our Customer Services Team by phone or email. We can then arrange collection, provide you with a pre-paid returns label or arrange suitable advice regarding your return. We are more than happy to help.

Returning an item yourself?
You can also return your order at your own cost via another courier. We advise you to use a recorded delivery service or another similar service to ensure we can track that your package has arrived at our warehouse.
Returned Items Must Be?
UNUSED with the ORIGINAL TAGS attached, In the ORIGINAL BAG OR PACKAGING that it came in.
Item must be in the SAME CONDITION on its arrival and in the same condition, it was received in. (if the item is used Return policy will be void)
How Items Should Be Returned?
Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to enable your item to arrive safely. SBSboards cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Upon inspection of a returned product, if the product condition matches the criteria stated previously SBSboards will issue a full refund for the product cost the refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, then we reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns or exchanges. And the item can be sent back to you at your expense.
How long will it take to process my return?
Your return should be processed within 10 working days of your item arriving at our shop. You will receive a confirmation email when your goods have arrived and your returns order has been processed.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY E-MAIL CONFIRMATION with a returns number issued by SBSboards. Please quote order no: in all correspondence.
You will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you faulty or incorrectly. If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer service team directly by phone or email, before making arrangements to return the products. Please provide pictures of the fault/damage of the product so that we can quickly agree on next steps.
Refunds & Fees?
Paypal refunds will be in full minus the Paypal fees that are non-refundable, see Paypal terms and conditions for more information

It is very important that items are checked for damage prior to being signed for in “good condition”. No claim can be accepted for compensation in the event the item has been signed for in “good condition”.
